10 years in practice

My passion involves working with clients who are in any way feeling marginalized and looking to navigate the complexities of the systems we all exist in.

In over a decade of practicing therapy I have worked with clients on a variety of issues ranging from struggles with life transitions and changes, substance use/abuse, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ affirming, relationship issues, and familial conflicts. My treatment approach is client/person-centered and humanistic where I act as a supportive guide along whatever journey you are currently navigating.
