I offer a free phone consult prior to the first session to see if we are a good match. I love what I do and that shows in my approach.

07/2025 - Immediate Openings... Life can be tough, but you don't have to go through it alone. I work with adults dealing with the aftershocks of childhood experiences they thought they already dealth with. I focus on compassion, non-judgment, and genuine connection. Everyone deserves to feel heard and respected. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I offer walk & talk, in-person (Madison, WI) and telehealth psychotherapy (WI/IL/UT). I help overthinkers who look put together on the outside but are constantly on edge underneath. You keep things together but have an inkling that your past still controls how you show up at work, in your relationships and even in quiet moments alone. Reaching out for help is a big step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I know what it is like and I am here to help. With compassion, humor and understanding we can make a plan together.
