A compassionate space to help you return home to yourself and reconnect with life again.

Hello. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in grief and trauma therapy for adults. I help individuals who are navigating the deep pain of loss, unresolved trauma, or major life transitions. I also specialize in anxiety and OCD, as well as anticipatory grief. Whether you are grieving someone you love, carrying experiences that feel too heavy to name, or simply trying to find meaning after life has changed, you don’t have to face it alone. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in existential therapy. This means I see therapy as more than a conversation — it’s a genuine human connection where healing begins not by fixing, but by being truly seen. Together, we create a space where all parts of you are welcome — the parts that feel lost, unsure, or searching for understanding. Through deep reflection, you can come to a space of authenticity and reconnecting to life. I draw from trauma-focused and existential approaches, integrating elements of somatic awareness, internal-family systems, and mindfulness. My work is informed by how trauma and grief live in the body and how reconnecting with ourselves helps us heal. I aim to support clients in exploring their pain, understanding their patterns, and cultivating self-compassion as they reconnect with a sense of wholeness and becoming. My therapy style is warm, grounded, and deeply present. I believe in the healing power of being met with empathy and reverence — that through connection, insight, and gentle curiosity, you can begin to come home to yourself. Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and thoughtful. I value the sacred nature of this work and honor the courage it takes to begin. If you are seeking therapy for grief, trauma, or anxiety, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
