Sarah Hanson

Sarah Hanson is a Licensed Psychologist in Washington who specializes in providing individual therapy for women aged 18 and older. With more than 14 years of experience in the field, she holds a PsyD in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. Her clinical work is deeply relationally focused, prioritizing the development of trust and a thorough understanding of each client's unique experience. In her practice, she utilizes evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating other therapeutic approaches as needed to best support the individual. As a trained EMDR therapist, she also provides specialized trauma reprocessing therapy.
