I value a therapeutic environment that cultivates trust, empathy, unconditional positive regard and the absence of judgment.

I'm accepting NEW clients! I'm in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO, State Health Plan and Blue Value). I'm also currently offering self-pay rates of $135/intake and $110/individual tx. I also offer reduced rates of $100/intake and $85/follow-up session. I work with young ADULTS ages 18+ and COUPLES who are experiencing struggles related to intimate relationships, anxiety, major and persistent depression, grief and loss, trauma, premenstrual dysphoric disorder and adjustment issues. I also provides care for neurodivergent individuals and the LGBTQIA+ communities specifically. I use a client centered approach with an aim of meeting my clients where they are at to best help them with their current needs. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, Gottman couples therapy, narrative therapy and solution focused therapy.
