I am one of the owners of River Wards Wellness Collective. We are committed to providing holistic wellness practices. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, individual trauma-informed yoga and meditation. Our providers have a variety of specialties to address the specific needs of our community including DBT (individual and group), CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Body image issues, Sexual identity and sex therapy, grief and break ups, LGBQT+, OCD, Sensorimotor Therapy, and Perinatal Therapy.
