Sarah Daniels

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters of Science in Counseling. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, and I use a variety of practices from attachment, experiential, and body-based modalities. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sandtray, Eating Disorders, Grief, Experiential Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing (SE). I am also currently in the process of getting my specialization in Eating Disorders (CEDS).

 I primarily work with teens and adults in individual, family, and intensive settings. I am passionate about working with those impacted by trauma, grief, relational difficulties, eating disorders and other body related work. I also love speaking, training, mentoring others, and building bridges for both clients and providers alike to access resources.
