Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Approaches clients with a focus on facilitating a space where safety, connection, and secure attachment can thrive.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor. I received my Masters of Science in Counseling at John Brown University. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), sand tray, and practice from experiential, somatic, and attachment models. I work with adult individuals, adolescents, families, and individuals who are in the LGBTQ+ community; engaging in a variety of topics including: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, sexuality, spirituality, relationship issues, and more. I am honored to sit with those who feel stuck and collaborate with them to create new healing experiences.
