Sarah Constantine

I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are facing life transitions and mental health challenges. My goal is to empower clients to live authentic and meaningful lives by overcoming barriers, exploring emotional needs, and building valuable social relationships. I strive to create a safe, empathetic environment to build impactful connections with clients through a person-centered, holistic, and strength-based approach. I have a broad range of interests including trauma, depression, anxiety, barriers related to disability, self-esteem, identity development, mindfulness, women’s issues, adoption, and attachment concerns. I am currently under the supervision of Jennifer Elkin, MS, LPC
