Sarah Campbell is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who focuses on helping children, adults, and couples navigate life's tensions and emotional hurdles. With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, she has built a clinical background in private clinics and community mental health, complemented by experience as a behavioral coach in elementary and middle school settings. Sarah specializes in addressing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues, while also providing parent coaching and support for conflict resolution, emotion dysregulation, and social skills deficits. Her primary treatment modality is psychodynamic talk therapy, rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is a foundation for personal transformation and a healthier relationship with oneself. Sarah is also an EMDR-trained therapist, utilizing bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess maladaptive memories. Additionally, she incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their interpretations of situations drive their actions and Motivational Interviewing to explore their readiness for change. Sarah’s care approach is designed to empower clients to care for their own feelings, advocate for themselves, and establish the boundaries necessary to thrive. She currently provides all services virtually to residents across Washington State, utilizing a telehealth platform to deliver the same warm and engaged clinical care that clients would receive in a traditional office setting.
