Do you often feel trapped in the shame of the past or fear of the future?

Sarah Beardslee is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Imagine a safe space where you feel valued, respected, and heard while being challenged to learn and practice new things. This is what it is like meeting with Sarah. It is her top priority to help you reach your goals in therapy and does this by combining humor, compassion, and accountability. For those interested, she is trained to integrate a Christian perspective into her counseling, tailored to each person’s desired level of integration. Whether someone is a Christian or not, Sarah provides high quality care and professionalism, meeting each person where they are. Sarah works with individuals ages 13 and older. She works with all mental health disorders, and she is particularly known for her work with anxiety, trauma (she is trained in EMDR), self-harming behavior, boundary difficulties in relationships, and conflict resolution.
