I look forward to meeting individuals that seek hope and relief from their suffering. You deserve that and I want to help you obtain that.

I welcome anyone who is open-minded, honestly ready for a change in how you live your life, a willingness to work to feel differently. I work well with those with ties to addictive patterns (familial or individual), I am trained in Transactional Analysis, CBT, and ACT. I have moderate training in DBT but am not certified. Additionally, I use a lot of holistic healthcare perspectives to heal from trauma in tandem with behavioral modification. I have overcome my own mental health barriers by practicing what I preach, addressing my relationship with food, anxiety, and limiting beliefs about myself. I want to help those with the same desire to navigate their own journey and transform your life.
