Hi, I’m Sara, a psychotherapist dedicated to helping youth and young adults navigate life’s challenges with resilience, self-awareness & support.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and grow at their own pace. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. I support individuals facing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, school-related stress, sport-related challenges, social stressors, as well as challenges with self-confidence. I bring experience from working in residential and partial/intensive hospitalization settings, providing care and support to children and adolescents during critical moments in their mental health journeys. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, adjusting to new pressures, or seeking clarity and coping tools, I’m here to offer thoughtful support and evidence-based guidance. Together, we’ll reconnect with your values, build on your strengths, and work through challenges. Developing practical skills to help you navigate life’s ups and downs.
