The decision to seek help is a brave step and I am so proud that you are here. I know that finding a therapist that feels right can be difficult, but I am here to let you know this process does not have to feel this way. I believe everyone deserves a safe place to be seen; encouraging individuals to take a step outside of their comfort zone to grow in any direction they desire. My hope is that together we can create your safe place and through a holistic approach, help you evolve. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received both my Bachelors of Psychology (2016) and Masters in Social Work (2019) from North Carolina State University (Go Pack)! I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the motivator for change; pulling from an eclectic range of Evidence Based Practice to support in the development of a person centered treatment approach. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, attachment and relational issues.
