I believe that life is a process of becoming. With the passing of time, we all change and so our needs and wants within ourselves and within our relationships also change. Increased awareness and clarity of unconscious patterns can provide opportunities to heal old wounds and create new paths and shifts towards fulfillment. My focus is providing an approach integrating relational therapy, trauma based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based therapy.
