Sara La Force
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I am an LCSW who specialize in treating adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, relational strain, depression, substance use, and life transitions.
Hello and Welcome! Choosing to engage in therapy is a potentially life changing choice and I would love to help you on your path. All individuals deserve a space to be accurately heard and a place to gain insight into the life patterns that have caused them instability and pain. I deeply believe in therapy as a joint and transformative space that can lead people to develop new skills and to discover their unique internal capacity to connect, heal, and thrive. I specialize in treating adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, relational strain, depression, substance use, and life transitions. I practice therapy from an integrative approach that is grounded in a humanistic person-centered framework. This means that I partner my training with your strengths and unique life experiences, tailoring my approach to your distinctive needs using therapeutic techniques from attachment, systems based, EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic and mindfulness approaches. I invite you to reach out to set up a free 20-minute consultation to see if my approach sounds like a good fit for you. My hope is that through our work together, you will feel seen and heard and develop new skills and insights.
