I'm an enthusiastic therapist dedicated to supporting you on your journey to well-being by fostering positive change within. I excel working with clients who want to calm the inner chaos and reduce unwanted behaviors. I utilize a myriad of therapy types including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Polyvagal. I earned a masters degree in social work from Wichita State University in 2010 and have been working with adults and teens for the past 12 years.
