Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Caring LPC with 30+ years’ expertise in diverse counseling areas, committed to recognizing individual worth and guiding clients through life's challenges
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience in private practice, I specialize in supporting students as they navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of academic life. My expertise includes stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, early childhood issues, and the unique pressures faced by individuals, couples, and families. I am particularly passionate about helping students process the pain of loss—whether from death, the end of a relationship, or relational struggles. Loss, in any form, can profoundly impact mental health, academic performance, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate and holistic, helping students process grief, rediscover their strengths, and find meaning in life’s transitions. I also have extensive experience with OCD, ADHD, PTSD, social anxiety, and chronic pain management. By fostering a supportive environment, I empower students to build resilience, navigate challenges, and thrive beyond academics.
