Caring LPC with 30+ years’ expertise in diverse counseling areas, committed to recognizing individual worth and guiding clients through life's challenges

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Private Practice, I bring over 30 years of expertise to specialize in counseling for students navigating the challenges of academic life. My extensive experience encompasses a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, death/grief, early childhood, and the unique pressures faced by individuals, couples, and families. I'm dedicated to understanding the intricacies of each individual, providing tailored support from childhood to adulthood. I've successfully assisted clients with issues such as stress impacting academic performance, anxiety related to exams, depression, and coping with major life transitions. Additionally, I have strength in addressing concerns like socializing, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and many more. My counseling approach is holistic, aiming to empower students with skills that extend beyond the academic realm. I have a history of assisting individuals with pain management, tackling issues like chronic pain and its physical manifestations. By fostering a secure and supportive environment, my goal is to guide students toward rediscovering their strengths and navigating the complexities of university life with resilience.
