Gain skills to challenge unhelpful thoughts & patterns and better manage stressful emotions. Learn coping skills and receive insight for change & growth.

I work with adolescents, college students, and young adults. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, interpersonal issues, and self-esteem. My goal is to provide a safe place for individuals to share their stories, provide coping strategies and perspective, and empower individuals to make changes according to their goals and values. I am a female Christian therapist with experience in both faith-based and traditional counseling. I will provide perspective on root issues as we work through your story. We will explore the impact of your experiences and thought patterns as we work collaboratively towards your goals. My clients appreciate my innate desire to better understand them and give compassionate care. I will validate your struggles while offering correction and insight for your growth. Counseling may be intimidating because it requires opening up to someone. Shame and fear are condemning forces that do not have to dictate your decisions. I am relational in my approach and will never judge your experiences or setbacks. My aim is to provide a supportive environment and offer perspective and coping strategies along the way.
