Sandra (Sandy) Hogins

Thank you for reaching out- I am glad that you are taking the brave step to work on self-growth! I strive to create a warm, safe, and accepting environment for my clients. I believe in working collaboratively and as a part of doing that, I use outcome measures to help assess how the sessions are going and when we might need to pivot. I am trained from an integrative perspective, which means that, based on your personality and needs, I use a variety of approaches, including CBT, ACT, and family systems models. I lean towards relational psychodynamic work, which means that I focus a lot on how relationships feel in your life, including the relationship between client and therapist, and we also do some work to understand how your past has impacted your present.
