Seeking out help for mental health concerns can be daunting. I'm here to help.
I've worked with college-aged clients for more than 15 years. I specialize in helping individuals through periods of depression, anxiety, and intense stress. Often, early life experiences influence how we react and respond in the present. Therapy can help to untangle those patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so you can live life on your terms. As a biracial, queer therapist, I also appreciate the influence of culture, for better or worse, on mental health.
