(He/Him/His)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
I support and welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, providing professional, compassionate, and affirming mental healthcare for all.
Hello, and welcome! I am committed to serving my community by providing compassionate and expert mental healthcare to the greater Triangle area. I primarily work with young adults, adolescents, and athletes, and whether you are looking for help in achieving peak performance, or seeking assistance with overcoming mental health concerns and leading a fulfilling life, my goal is to help foster resilience, enhance mental clarity, and empower you to thrive. Through my practice, I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space where all feel welcome and are treated with the unconditional positive regard they deserve. As a practitioner, I take a holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach in my work with clients. In our sessions, we will identify any presenting mental health concerns, develop goals, and implement a plan together using evidence-based practices to help you feel better, reach your goals, and improve your quality of life. I understand that taking the first step in seeking help can be difficult. If you would like to learn more about myself, my practice, and how we can best collaborate to meet your needs, please don't hesitate to reach out via phone or email.
