Allow 1 Journey to help you navigate through life while developing and utilizing sufficient coping skills to function as your best self!

Everyone has a necessary journey and throughout that journey, it's okay to stop to ask for directions along the way! My interactions with individuals are grounded in compassion, respect, empathy, and an understanding of cultural impacts. I specialize in helping my clients navigate through life with strength, courage, and support. I treat individuals, couples, and families to help make the best decisions concerning their lives. I work with individuals who struggle with managing stress, depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment issues, and childhood trauma related symptoms. I help my clients explore and identify strengths that already resides within them and how they can navigate through life in a manner that address their goals effectively.
