My hope for therapy is to create a safe space where collaboration and connection are the forefront of our relationship.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys seeing individuals, couples and families. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety and panic, depression, perfectionism, OCD, relationship challenges, developmental trauma and attachment. I hold a special interest in supporting those wanting to work through relationship struggles, attachment trauma and boundary setting. I am captured by the stories people share and use them to help clients understand their lives in greater context. Together, we will explore your values and redefine your relationship with these stories and discover what possibilities exist beyond their limiting functions. I am more interested in who you are as a person rather than a label and diagnosis. I see people as the experts of their own lives and me as your co-pilot, offering you a safe space to feel connected, seen and unburdened. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. I am currently in-network with Optum (Medica), Aetna, United Health Care, United Health Care Student Resources, All Savers (UHC), UMR, Meritain. I also offer out-of-network reimbursement (via a "superbill") for private pay clients.
