Together, we will develop a customized treatment plan to achieve your personal goals. We will maximize your strengths and rehabilitate any weaknesses that may be interfering with daily functioning. This may involve improving time management and organization. We will build your confidence in managing stress and identify ways to improve relationships. I will provide a supportive environment that encourages hope and strength. Online video sessions are conducted from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
