Psychologist
I will provide a supportive environment that encourages hope and strength to build your confidence in managing daily life stressors.
I look forward to meeting you. Since 2005, I have been offering individual treatment and social skills training for young adults. During treatment, we will identify strengths and weaknesses that may be impacting daily functioning, improve organization, and build social skills. With supportive guidance and a safe therapeutic environment, we can build your confidence to manage daily life stressors. Whether your treatment occurs in-person or by telehealth options, I will provide a supportive environment that encourages hope and strength. Please call my office to begin the screening process.
