My goal is to help you learn about yourself, and together move you towards living the life you want.
Life is often harder than we like to admit. Sometimes we find ourselves struggling over things we "shouldn't" or feeling down, anxious, or stuck "for no reason." We often criticize ourselves for struggling or try to grin and bear it, but these options often make things worse or at best maintain the status quo. Therapy, however, can help us learn how to navigate life's challenges and be kinder to ourselves in the process.
