Sam is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate in working with anxiety, trauma, identity, spirituality, death & dying, grief, family systems.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate in working with anxiety, trauma (be it personal, intergenerational/familial, or cultural), identity, spirituality, death & dying, grief, family systems, and the ways in which our lives are impacted by the larger social systems and institutions around us. I am particularly interested in supporting people through in asking those large, complex, and lifelong questions such as "why am I even here at all?" I believe people intrinsically possess the capacity to navigating the challenges inherent in existence, and my collaborative and curiosity-forward approach seeks to support people in accessing their own internal resources. Outside of work, I enjoy drawing, reading novels, and wandering the neighborhood with my partner and our two dogs.
