I am Saleh Bahati, PMHNP-BC, MPH, CPH, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Amicus Health & Wellness in Tempe, Arizona. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for Arizona State University (ASU) students, college students, young adults, professionals, and adults throughout Tempe, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and surrounding communities through in-person and secure telehealth appointments. If you are looking for a psychiatric provider near ASU, ADHD treatment, depression treatment, anxiety treatment, medication management, or SPRAVATO® (esketamine) therapy for treatment-resistant depression, I offer comprehensive mental health services tailored to your individual needs. I diagnose and treat depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, panic disorder, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, insomnia, and substance use disorders. My services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for mood disorder, medication management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and SPRAVATO® therapy for eligible adults with treatment-resistant depression. Located just minutes from Arizona State University, I understand the challenges students and adults face, including academic stress, difficulty focusing, burnout, sleep problems, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and balancing school, work, and relationships. Every treatment plan is personalized to your goals, symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and patient-centered. I believe psychiatric care begins with listening. A psychiatric evaluation is more than receiving a diagnosis or prescription it is an opportunity to understand your experiences, identify contributing factors, and develop a treatment plan supported by current evidence and best practices. Whether you are experiencing persistent sadness, excessive worry, panic attacks, racing thoughts, mood changes, emotional exhaustion, ADHD symptoms, trauma, or substance use concerns, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. Seeking help is a sign of strength, and you do not need to have everything figured out before scheduling an appointment.
