Safia Abas, PMHNP, is passionate about helping individuals across Ohio navigate their mental health journeys with compassionate, evidence-based care. Through LifeStance Health, she provides medication management services for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. Safia takes pride in creating a collaborative, judgment-free space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported. Whether managing symptoms of anxiety, mood disorders, or navigating life’s transitions, she partners closely with each patient to develop treatment plans tailored to their unique experiences and goals. Safia’s expertise covers a wide range of mental health concerns, with particular focus on anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. She utilizes thoughtful diagnosis and ongoing medication management to help stabilize mood, manage emotional distress, and improve daily functioning. Safia is dedicated to ensuring that every individual she works with receives personalized care grounded in clinical best practices and delivered with empathy and respect. A significant part of Safia’s practice centers on supporting the LGBTQ+ community, where she addresses concerns related to gender identity, post-partum mental health, and trauma-informed care. She also provides care for individuals facing challenges with sleep disorders and later life transitions, recognizing how life stages and identity intersect with mental health needs.
