Sabrina Valdez

I offer a trauma informed approach with a focus on attachment theory-more so how our early life experiences may inform and influence how we conduct a relationship with ourselves and the world around us. Throughout the process we may touch upon familial dynamics and how we navigate relationships with our family origins. This family systems approach sets the framework for and through which we can process other interpersonal patterns and dynamics. I am trained in Level 1 Gottman Institute treatment for couples, and utilize this framework to assist couples in building emotional connectedness.
