Welcome! I approach therapy not as a one-size fits all, but as individualized care fit to your specific needs. My goal is to help you along your journey-- life continues to throw things at us every day, and I hope to provide a nonjudgmental, empowering, and supportive space to get down to the nitty gritty of it together. I want to help you better understand yourself and experiences, and feel equipped with tools to keep getting through different stressors. My clients are of all backgrounds and I have expertise in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. General themes that I help folks navigate in therapy include developing coping skills for different emotions, navigating relationship dynamics, understanding and unpacking different identities, and dealing with general life transitions and stressors. I approach all therapy through a culturally sensitive lens and also have a background in trauma work.
