Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I am here to listen, understand, and work collaboratively towards positive change.

Do you or your child live with autism, anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, grief, a challenging relationship, the loss of self, etc. that affects your day to day life, relationships, ability to function, career, school or more? Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated, lost, depressed, anxious, confused, or angered by the day to day struggles to cope with life's circumstances and just trying to get through the day? Do you push your needs to the bottom of the to-do list? Do you wonder if life should somehow feel happier, be better? I believe you can improve your day to day experiences and live a better life! In my practice, I enjoy working with autistic, and other, children aged 5 years and up, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each child and their family. I also offer support for adolescent, teen, and adult individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of other mental health concerns. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I am here to listen, understand, and work collaboratively towards positive change. Together, we can explore the paths to healing and growth, celebrating every step of the journey.
