College can bring its own set of challenges—juggling academics, relationships, and personal growth can sometimes feel like too much. I'm here to help you find the balance you deserve. I specialize in women's and reproductive mental health, so if you're dealing with issues like premenstrual mood changes, fertility concerns, pregnancy, or postpartum struggles, I'm here for you. I also have experience working with mood and psychotic disorders, anxiety, autism, ADHD, PTSD, and more. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need someone to talk to, I've worked with students facing similar situations. I value creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable opening up. Together, we'll build a treatment plan tailored to your needs, whether that involves therapy, medication, or a mix of both.
