(They/Them/Theirs)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Hello! Welcome to my page. I am hoping you are here to start your therapeutic journey and would love to connect. If you need more info, please email me.
What does it mean to feel safety and connection? As individuals we strive to have our social, emotional, and physical needs met. We strive to advocate for equity with ourselves, friends, families, and societal systems. The journey towards safety and connection can be overwhelming, tiresome, and different for each person. Have you ever pondered questions like… where do I start? When was a time I felt safety and connection? Do I feel whole? If you have asked yourself or other’s the above question, you might be ready to start to find those answers for yourself. Contrary to popular belief, we are complex human beings with multiple sides of our identities. Through the work we can do together, we can figure out how to foster safety and connection through ourselves and the complexity or our identity using a person centered approach with an array in therapeutic intervention. Some that I use commonly are IFS, FST, CBT.
