What you’ve experienced is real, and it matters. Complete Bio - https://foundationsft.com/ryan-fuller/

My approach is grounded in understanding rather than fixing. I specialize in working young adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, friendship concerns, ADHD (attention, time management, impulsivity), and family conflict. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and understand how the pieces of your life fit together./ I create a safe space where you can explore how physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual factors may relate to your challenges. I’m passionate about helping adolescents and young adults develop healthy life patterns and stability during these formative years.P What you’ve experienced is real and matters—if you’ve felt it, it’s worth exploring. Previously, I worked for a nonprofit in Basque Country, Spain, teaching English and providing life coaching for young adults in Spanish. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am in my final semester of a Master of Cross-Cultural Counseling degree. Hobbies include plants, reading, scuba, music, and climbing.
