Ruth Viehoff
(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist, Psychotherapist
I specialize in helping anxious overachievers and perfectionists to rest, relax, and find balance in the midst of their busy lives.
Hello! I'm Dr. Ruth Viehoff, and I'm a psychologist who specializes in working with anxious overachievers and perfectionists. Many of my clients have high personal standards, which can result in feeling self-critical, overwhelmed, and dissatisfied with themselves. Struggling with anxiety and perfectionism can impact your ability to rest, relax, and enjoy your life. In therapy, I work to thoroughly understand you and your personal history in order to develop a plan of action in our work. I combine understanding and processing past and current experiences, with incorporating new skills to better cope with anxiety and relate to yourself in a more adaptive and kind way.
