I am passionate about helping people overcome anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationships stress and overwhelming life changes.

Hi! I specialize in helping clients navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, and grief in a safe space where they can speak freely without worry about judgment. My clients also seek me out to process difficult past experiences, complicated relationships, or general stress. Together, we explore feelings that come up, identify patterns, and work through obstacles that may be holding them back from a fulfilling life. In our counseling sessions, you can expect a warm and compassionate environment where deep listening is at the forefront. Through reflective discussions you'll gain greater self-understanding, which in turn provides you with direction and purspose. I believe everyone possesses the strength to overcome their struggles, and my role is to guide you in uncovering those insights and coping strategies. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s pressures or seeking support through difficult transitions, I’m here to help you gain clarity and rebuild hope. I would be honored to accompany you on this transformative path. Let’s connect and work toward a more balanced, joyful life together.
