(She/Her/Hers)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Specializing in ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and reproductive mental health, with compassionate care for LGBTQ+, AuDHD, and college student communities.
Hi, I'm a passionate about helping people improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life. My educational journey began at Vanderbilt University, where I developed a love for cognitive and clinical psychology research. However, I realized my true calling was in direct care. I went on to earn my master’s and doctorate from Columbia University, where I honed my skills to provide both therapy and medication management. This allows me to create personalized care plans tailored to your unique needs. I enjoy working with a variety of mental health concerns, including ADHD/AuDHD, mood disorders, eating disorders, OCD, and women’s reproductive mental health. I’m particularly passionate about supporting college students and LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether it’s executive function coaching for ADHD or addressing mood and anxiety issues, my approach focuses on your goals. Together, we’ll work on strategies that align with your strengths, and I’ll be here to cheer you on every step of the way. I believe you are the expert on you. My role is to offer guidance, tools, and support to help you reach your mental health goals. Let’s work together to create a plan that fits your life.
