Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Helping college students navigate stress, identity, and life transitions in a welcoming space for growth, balance, and emotional well-being.
I’m really looking forward to meeting you. I work with teens and young adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression and life changes. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a range of settings, which has given me a deep appreciation for how personal and unique each person’s journey can be. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel understood and supported. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, helping you build self-awareness, confidence, and tools to handle life’s challenges. Everyone’s story is unique, and all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
