I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the great state of Florida with 13 years of professional counseling experience. I have experience helping clients, couples, and families with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and anger management. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey. I predominantly utilize the following modalities Person-Centered therapy, Solution Focused/Positive Psychology, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a little Psychodynamic therapy. Underlying all the treatment models I seek to use a strengths-based approach focusing on your strengths (personal, social, and community networks).
