I am a firm believer that all of us go through tough times in our lives, but also that given the proper therapeutic tools you will meet your mental health

I specialize in providing counseling for anxiety, loss, relationship challenges, and trauma with a focus on increasing self-esteem and building onto current resiliency. Each individual is different and together we will come up with a therapeutic approach to either improve or continue your ability to thrive. I also offer career exploration services. Congratulations on taking the first (and often most difficult step) of seeking mental health services!
