(He/Him/His)
Psychologist
My work focuses on resolving conflicts, eliminate self-sabotage patterns, develop emotional resilience, and building and maintaining relationships.
I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals who are navigating the intersection of cultural identity, professional ambition, and emotional well-being. Many of my clients are first-gen college students and graduates, BIPOC professionals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and foreign service professionals. They are often driven, insightful, and resilient—but also carry the weight of feeling like outsiders in spaces where they are expected to excel. These challenges can lead to burnout, anger issues, feeling stuck, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, panic, lack of belonging, and disconnection from one’s values and sense of self. Therapy with me is warm, real, direct, & focused on growth with some humor. I help you develop emotional resilience, set healthy boundaries, and overcome self-sabotaging patterns. Together, we’ll improve your communication skills, strengthen relationships, and align your values with your ambitions. My approach is Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, ACT, & DBT. Therapy offers a supportive space for healing trauma, nurturing relationships, building confidence, and reconnecting with your purpose. While the journey can be challenging, it leads to meaningful change and fulfillment. I'm here to teach and guide you in making the changes to become your best self. Call me, and let's work together to achieve your goals.
