I offer therapy services designed to assist individuals who are experiencing mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and grief and loss.
My treatment approach is grounded in starting “where the client is” and I utilize a mix of therapeutic styles that focus on understanding your story, assisting you in specifying and setting goals that you want to achieve and helping you develop the tools to do so. I generally hold a humanistic view of therapy, and some of my preferred therapeutic models are Cognitive Therapy, ACT Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
