I specialize in working with athletes and tactical athletes (i.e. law enforcement, Fire EMS), and other high-stress, high-risk populations.

Our therapeutic work will focus primarily on wellness. Specifically, I work with clients who have concerns related to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, (physical) self-concept, substance use, and eating disorders. My approach to wellness counseling integrates mindfulness-based approaches (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. My coaching working falls broadly into two areas: well-being coaching and leadership/resilience coaching. My role is to facilitate your journey towards health and wellness, and/or help you to enhance job-related performance. I draw heavily on motivational interviewing (MI) techniques to help my clients identifying realistic and achievable goals. I also incorporate movement and somatic-based techniques in my coaching practices. I specialize in working with athletes and tactical populations, including first responders and the military.
