Whatever chapter of life you are currently in, I am here to walk with you on your journey to your best self yet.

I provide an inclusive, non-judgmental, multicultural environment that is a safe space for you to work towards your goals and fill your cup. I believe that we are all worthy of compassion, which is why I practice using a strengths-based, client-centered approach ensuring that you are the focus during our time together. I work to help you problem-solve the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to ensure that these are each serving you in a positive way. I practice using a collaborative approach pulling from several treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I recognize that asking for help can be vulnerable, however I am here to remind you that doing so takes strength and you are not alone. I understand that this may be your first-time attending therapy, or that you may have had negative therapeutic experiences in the past, however I am grateful that you are here.
