I'm a licensed psychologist with years of experience treating a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues.

I’m a licensed psychologist with experience helping individuals navigate a range of mental health issues. I believe I can be most helpful to individuals experiencing difficulty in interpersonal relationships and wanting or needing to explore how their lives, relationships, and work have been disrupted by anxiety, depression, grief and loss, toxic relationships, or trauma (including chronic/long-term trauma), as well as other related mental health issues. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating times of transition in their lives both personally and professionally. Most people I have worked with over the years have been looking for change at some level, even if they are not at all sure what that change might look like or even where to start. I provide a supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and I prioritize your confidentiality. Many therapists can help you manage symptoms, but I also work to address the underlying issues which keep us “stuck” so you can experience significant and long-lasting change.
