I work best with people who are ready to reflect on their life experiences, commit to the process of change, and move forward with a new sense of control.

Does life have you feeling stuck? You’re tired and overwhelmed. There are times when we all need extra support. New life transitions can be hard to navigate. Transition is different for everyone. For some people, reaching the end of high school or entering the working world comes with a sense of accomplishment, and pride and excitement for the next phase. But for others, there's confusion or sadness over the purpose or direction for their life. Maybe life doesn’t look the way you thought it would at this point. We all deal with major life changes differently whether you are a new college student or a young professional. You can find your way again and move forward with refined purpose. You can find meaning in your life and let go of thoughts of worry that keep you up at night. You can look towards the future with hope and optimism. You can grieve the loss of expectations and disappointments and create new goals and dreams. I would love to be part of your journey. I have experience working with adults in a variety of settings dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma. I incorporate faith into my work if requested. Find more at https://foundationsft.com/.
