I provide a nurturing presence to facilitate a hopeful perspective of healing from trauma, abuse, and unresolved grief.
I look forward to meeting you. I have been in practice at Journeys Counseling Center for over 11 years. I formerly worked as a trauma therapist at Calvary Addiction Recovery Center, where I saw individuals and their families whose lives were devastated by addiction. I enjoy working with adults of all ages to collaboratively identify treatment goals to meet a client's individual needs. By offering a non-shaming environment to cry and laugh and express vulnerability, I aim to provide the safety needed to promote personal growth and healing.
