Supporting folks who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, religious harm/trauma, identity, and life transitions. You are welcome here. :)

I enjoy working with adults and teens on topics including identity, LGBTQ+ matters, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, stress, depression, and inner child work. I am deeply passionate about working with folks seeking to unpack experiences of religious harm and spiritual abuse. I’ve experienced firsthand how isolating and confusing re-evaluating long-held belief systems can be, and I would love to support you as you identify what holds meaning for you and begin creating a life that aligns with your values.Therapy is a profoundly personal process, and I honor each person’s unique journey. I use an integrative approach that is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Feminist Theory, and I believe in working together to create a plan that feels right for you.
