My name is Rebecca Souza, LMFT. For over 10 years I’ve been working with individuals struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, life challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. You might be feeling stuck, worried or controlled by negative self talk. Perhaps you are feeling frustrated with patterns that you cant seem to change. Whatever it is that brought you to therapy, there is hope. It is essential for me to create a safe place for you and to be accepted exactly as you are while walking with you as you explore and heal hurts, traumas, relationship difficulties, undesired patterns/behaviors, negative self-talk, or anything that has brought you to therapy.
