We look forward to meeting you. At the Center for Growth we provide individualized therapy based on your goals and needs. We support all emotions & help you learn how to work with even the most difficult emotions. We will offer tools to support growth & a sound space to facilitate learning, while creating new patterns to live the life that you long for. We work with youth and adults. Our areas include: anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma work, relationship support, overwhelm and stress, problems and school and home and parenting support. We use the following modalities along with others based on the needs of our clients: strengths based, CBT, Humanistic, Mindfulness Based, Psychodynamic, Play therapy, Family Systems and Trauma Informed
