We look forward to meeting you. At the Center for Growth we provide individualized therapy based on your goals and needs. We support all emotions & help you learn how to work with even the most difficult emotions. We will offer tools to support growth & a sound space to facilitate learning, while creating new patterns to live the life that you long for. We work with youth and adults. Our areas include: anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma work, relationship support, overwhelm and stress, problems and school and home and parenting support.
